Mr.B,

I have to believe there is some reason. The parcel fit in my PO box there is no doubt about that. Yes I maybe a little paranoid, and maybe the US postal system just has a new protical for overseas parcels.

Mr. B your right what can I do, but if it is some type of monitoring system then I would be wise not to send any other OP based parcels to my PO box.

Im new to using a PO box, and need an experienced Vet to hold my hand on this one.
