Its amazing how people keep thinking that if they get lots of seizures from certain countries or OPs, it must be the OPs fault and that changing packaging will somehow fix it. Customs uses x-rays and random inspection, and most mail is sorted by machine, so it really makes no difference at all how stuff is packed as long as they arent writing "ILLEGAL DRUGS INSIDE" on the envelope in 3 inch letters. Mail from some countries is more closely monitored, for example mail from countries associated with IOPS and drug trade (Thailand, Peru, etc) or terrorism (Pakistan). The Philipenes, where Pharm88 is located, are associated with both drug trade and terrorism, so mail from there is obviously going to be more watched than mail from, say, Sweden. Any IOP in a country like this is going to be subject to more seizures, regardless of what they pack stuff in. And look at it from the IOPs perspective... the seizures arent their fault, someone keeps complaining of seizures and wanting refunds or replacements. There's only so much free money a company is willing to give out.
Another thing to consider is that if you keep getting a bunch of intercepted packages coming to your address, you could raise some red flags and end up with more than a seizure. If you have repeated seizures, you might want to consider ordering from a different IOP in a different country in a different region of the world... or not ordering from an IOP at all for a while. Has it occurred to you that maybe you are the one who's "hot" now? Think about it... there's two addresses on a package. One of them is in another country's jurisdiction and could be made up, the other is in the country and has to be deliverable. Which one would you pay more attention to if you were a law enforcement official with Customs?
