I use them both. But I only use the soma rarely, and only when I am ready to hit the sack and stay there for 9 hours. The stuff really knocks me out. I use flexaril more often, when I am going to be home, and be awake. I was also given robaxin, which I can take during the day while working and driving, but I'm not too sure it does anything at all! Maybe a slight muscle relaxant.
