I had a real bad gall bladder and this might sound stupid but when it starts to flare up, try rolling back and forth on the floor. This gets the smudge out of the little ventricles(sp)and lets the gall bladder start relaxing again. This also helps with kidney stones ...

I also have Fibro and have had 2 back surgeries last year and now they want to do a 3 one but I have so much scar tissue wrapped around the nerve the are not sure how to fix the problem .. So they have had me on alot of medicines...

Avinza 120 works great as a time release for me. However, I did have to take a muscle relaxer to keep the pain at a tolerable amount. However after being on it for awhile(like any meds) I built up a tolerance and really did not want to go higher with that med so then went to dilaudids.
Which worked great but I found myself trying to totally relief the pain instead of making it tolerable.
Then went to the patches and I agree this was the best pain relieve however I was allergic to the adhesive...

So now I am back on the Oxy's with muscle relaxers but my DR gave me this Lidocain Patch to put on my back which numbs that area. And wow has that helped ....

So that is my story to tell ... Good luck finding the right pain reliever for you. Everyone is different so what works for me might not work for you. But you will find the best thing to relieve your pain. So Don't give up or give in to the pain ......
