I am currently taking Soma and Hydro's 10/325 for back and neck pain. Alot of people have told me that the combination is the best, but I must not be taking the right dosage of each. I still prefer Darvocet to Vicodin and Percocet anyday. Even though it is supposedly weaker, it works the best on pain for me. If anyone has used hydro and soma for back pain please let me know, as I need to see if maybe I'm just not taking enough of one or the other.
