I have taken Vicoprofen over the summer and really didn't notice any difference between the two, except a lower hydro dose (7.5 vs 10) so basically I would just take a few more VPs to make up the difference.

My stomach is not sensitive to meds like that but because of the ibuprofen content, you might have become nauseous due to that...happens to lots of people.
