I posted this on another YOD message chain - thought it would be a good idea to post it here too!
I have been holding back for so long and trying to decide what OP I want to use. I am a Fed Ex Meds orphan and have been trying for months to decide. Hands down, this OP seems like it is a top notch outfit. AND - this is what I found extraordinary - I was not even a customer yet, and Kathy was kind enough to give me guidance on what to do! A special thanks to Kathy here . That sort of customer service convinced me, and the rave reviews everyone has had to say. Others were so nice to private message me to offer their advice too - all positive.
I am an old gal filled with pain SO, I filled out all my papers today and I am going to fax them from work tomorrow AM. Can anyone tell me how long it takes for a consult once the paperwork is in? And how fast from consult to front door? I picked the overnite service.
