Ellen1, There have been a few threads but this has become the main one. I don't know about this emails not being answered. It is very strange. I get prompt responses everytime and Rajeev is very adamant that he responds to all emails he receives. Thats all i can say, I am ot a computer/internet genius so I don't know what else could affect this situation.
From Rajeev: If they are mailing on then there might be a problem but if they are mailing on then I am replying to all of them.
