if you had a tracking # and it said "billing info recieved" but you got it I dont think it's the companies problem if when you said "Do not count on tracking information with these people." if you were referring to the place you ordered the meds. I recieve UPS/FEDEX packs daily at my office and I will have them in my hand and it still say billing info recieved. i think this is a FEDEX/UPS problem.
just my opinion.
