You see, the problem lies in the fact people are scared to go to a doctor to update their records. Probably because most don't have health insurance and fear the costs. This is what I did.
I was involved in a car accident 12 years ago where I broke my neck. Record OP's want current (within a year) doctor records. Some of the mexicans at my old work told me about a dr's office that only charges $40 a visit. He did a bunch of tests, put it in a report, then a week later ordered a copy of the report.
