First off, if your Mom had a tooth removed there are few doctors that won't provide a prescription for pain relief and even a a refill if it's still bothering her.
You're lucky that there's a place you were able to order something for your mother in the first place - so okay, you paid a couple of bucks more for something and it may not get to you until the day after you expected? In the internet world of NR OP's you can count yourself lucky almost to get anything at all.
I empathize with your mother and dental pain, but to screw a internet provider like that is silly. The best bet is that you email them and cancel your order rather than cause them to lose money for something that may well in fact be unintentional.
I suspect with your tirade at them that they'll cancel the order you made anyway.
