As far as shipping issues, YOD does not have access to this information from either pharmacy.
I know that many other OP's take refill orders, send out tracking etc... however, we do not because, the pharmacy is the pharmacy and the doctor service is the doctor service just like face to face. That is why we do not handle that end as it is not the way of the "real world" :-)
BUT, that is not to say that if someone is having a big problem they cannot resolve and they have tried hard to resolve, we will get involved of course as you are our patients.
Please do not PM me as my time is limited and we do e-mails all day and into the late evening hours Sunday, - Thursday night and then of course Friday during the day. No e-mails on Saturdays are answered for a day off!!
*** Just to add one thing: Shipping is not always 100% full proof and really, no matter what pharmacy there are problems that arise because the pharmacies depend on a third party. Fortunately, our pharmacies do NOT have a lot of shipping issues.
