**** 1ST, the 3 refills are still available so, you do not have to hurry to get your consult in right after your last refill however, that is up to you it will just be held at the pharmacy until it is ready to be sent to you ***
**** We have new repeat patient forms ( the new patient forms are a little different also) that everyone has to use now. It is still 2 pages however, a few more questions for the updates. Please do NOT use the old forms. We have also put them in Word Document in addition to the .pdf format so that those of you whom cannot download the old forms should be able to download them in word document*** THERE IS ALSO A PLACE FOR THE DISCOUNT CODE ON THE BILLING FORM *****
**** Also, we are redoing our website it will be more "user friendly" and that should be ready in a few weeks****
*****Our new phone system is hopefully going to be working within a week or two (actually, I have to learn it :-)
We are in high hopes that everyone who calls our numbers, will listen to the prompts so that patients are NOT calling the consultation line when they don't have a consult, and are redirected to customer service for missed appointments or any other question that you may have.
Yes, it will be an option type of system however, we have no choice because we sometimes have 3 or 4 lines ringing and there are usually only 2 of us available for the phones because patients call the consult line when they do NOT have appointments and it takes up time for patients who do have appointments.
We hope to make it easier and more informative than the "answering machine" we have now for customer service.
We will make sure it is easy to use for sure.
