His last two refills were due during the hurricanes. During hurricane Charlie he ordered his refill the day it was due and received it the very next day. He was prepared for it to be delayed and would have understood had it been. Next refill due on Labor Day with hurricane Francis going on. He couldn't order Labor Day but ordered the next day (Tuesday)and it was delivered on Wednesday.
Every order was delivered the next day after he ordered. No problems with shipping, overcharges, shortages or wrong medications. It is just amazing how well they run their business and a thank you is definately in order.

Beware of Bi-Wise Pharmacy. Their serice has shed a bad light for me on YOD. I have a refill which was supposed to have been sent last week. I never received it athough I did get a tracking no. However after tracking it says it is NOT IN FED-EX POSSESION. Fed-Ex never actually has thier hands on it however Bi-Wise insisted they sent it after calling them on it. I called again and questioned and this time they said it is being shipped today for tomm. delivery. When asked why I was told it shipped a week ago he said it was "probably a simple mistake". Yeah it's just a simple mistake that causes me to go without medication that is needed for a week!! I was also told I would get another tracking no. for the shipment today. Well, not surprising, that never happened either!! Think Twice before using if you need your medications on a timely basis. I PM'd Kathy for help. I am anxious to see how it turns out!
