Do you honestly think that a $250,000.00 malpractice suit cap is what this country needs in order to get it's healthcare system back on track? There are many more reasons why the system itself is falling apart than just the medical malpractice suits alone.

I took the liberty of shortening the length of your post because this is what I am asking about. I didn't say anything about $250,000.00 although that would be excessive in many cases.
However in your post I noticed that you mostly spoke of malpractice suits as well. I am more than willing to listen to the other reasons the health care system is falling apart & why I cant afford health insurance? What I see is constant rising cost. The main reason I see, more than any other single reason is the rising cost of malpractice lawsuits. If you dont agree, then I would be more than happy to listen to your opinion of what you think the single most reason for the rising cost of health insurance is. Thats my opinion & thats why I am glad that our president is trying to do something about it. Also, don't worry you didn't offend me. Everybody has the right to his or her own opinion in this country. That's what America is all about individuality & Anti-Communism.
Also, it's not just medical insurance that is becoming unaffordable. I do attribute lawsuits to the #1 reason of the rising cost of homeowners & automobile insurance. Don't you agree?
