My friend who doesn't like message boards just received his last refill through YOD. He is amazed at the service he received and thought it should be posted. His last two refills were due during the hurricanes. During hurricane Charlie he ordered his refill the day it was due and received it the very next day. He was prepared for it to be delayed and would have understood had it been. Next refill due on Labor Day with hurricane Francis going on. He couldn't order Labor Day but ordered the next day (Tuesday)and it was delivered on Wednesday.
Every order was delivered the next day after he ordered. No problems with shipping, overcharges, shortages or wrong medications. It is just amazing how well they run their business and a thank you is definately in order.
