I live in southern california. There are many undocumented workers here. Well at some hospitals they check your car to see if you have a pregnent person in it.(to keep these undocumented workers out of the hospital). Also I noticed people come into emergancy ward to get there children a check up. Like you said they cant turn away anyone.(Is that a true statement?)
Also so a person is having a heart attack and they let them in the Hospital well possiably if they went to the doctor he could have given them medicine to prevent heart attack.Which would be cheaper in the long run.
