Flaming/Flame Wars
Flaming is reacting to someone's board posting or PM in a hostile manner by publicly chastising the person or bombarding the person with nasty posts or PM's. Flaming may occur to users that engage in behavior that violates what is considered proper board netiquette. A flame war occurs when two or more users flame each other in an escalating manner that threatens to continue unabated. If you notice a flame war developing just notify the moderator or adminitrator and let them handle it. Do not take part in flame wars. If you do you will be banned even if you did not start it :-)

I agree YOD is probably the most efficient op out there. I know when I used them it was so easy. Time is important to me. I didn't mind doing what I needed to do such as paperwork and records but once the consultation is over and I have done my part I do not want to have to worry about it anymore.
I am not using an op at the present but a very good friend of mine is still using YOD and says they are still providing the same great service. He sent in the paperwork and records, had his consultation and that was it. He is on refill number two and has never had to email or contact them except when he was ready for his refill. Exactly how it ran when I used them and how it should always run. I respect them for the papaerwork they ask you to fill out too. Records are required from the very beginning which is as it should be.
I can't imagine having to email or pm from some forum over and over again. Then you think it is taken care of and it isn't so you start all over again. But I do respect the fact that we all have the right to choose which kind of service we want and if that is it then I am glad that service is there for those who want it.
