Beansforyou or to anyone whose e-mail is not answered:
If your e-mail is NOT answered, then that means 99% of the time, we did not receive it. Our Nortone antispam does catch quite a few e-mails and the problem being, is that we are sent MANY MANY viruses so, we have to have an excellant virus protection program.
Seriously,we do not overlook any e-mails on purpose. If we are having one of our "days" so to speak :-), then no, we are not perfect and there may be 50 e-mails when we turn on the computer and there could be a chance of being overlooked but, I usually catch it later in the evening when everything is quiet.
Plese don't anyone take it personally if you are not answered as it is a mistake or we just did not receive the e-mail or possibly, some of our patients are NOT receiving our responses because with AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo etc... there are problems with our e-mail sometimes because of the spam in place with the particular accounts on the other end so, it is not always us it is sometimes the patients that are not getting our responce.
As far as contacting us, please if you have tried to get a responce, just mark it "urgent".
