in my experience in the past they have always sent out a tracking number automatically via email. on 1 occasion i received my tracking number email AFTER the package was delivered (always helpful...lol). but yes i've always gotten one.
im surprised to hear about the phones, and at the same time, i'm not. they've impressed me in the past about answering the phones but i'm thinking that a lot of tampa/fl. pharmies are behind and aren't able to get to the phones, so i'd think getting the tracking number would be your best bet.
otherwise, just keep tying to get through on the phones. sometimes, if you have the time and patience, and you keep dialing one after the other, eventually someone will pick up. however, i have noticed that when the "we are experiencing a high call volume" message comes on, they've probably set the phones to go right to that message. who knows.....its anyone's guess. i'm not sure if this helps at all or not, but just my past experience. good luck!
