I received a phone call from the manager of BiWise pharmacy on Saturday morning 8/14, informing me that he was able to ship out the refills that patients called in on Friday that were not able to be shipped on Friday due to the closing of Fedex on Friday. HOWEVER, THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED!!!
There were a few new RX's that were also shipped on Saturday that were received by BiWise prior to 10:30-11:00. The rest of the new orders will be shipped on Monday.
So, that is great news, Biwise really does go the extra mile for YOD patients many times with their discounts etc...
Thanks to those of you that understood the situation that came about due to the "Storm in Florida"
