Yes, I realize that our line is hard to get through on because we get many calls and we are putting in a new phone systen that will hopefully help this situation. I am trying NOT to have "call center so to speak" because once I have many CS people working, our service will no longer be personalized and that is something that I take much pride in, is our personalized service
If you cannot get through on our CS phone line, you can also include your phone number in the e-mail. WE will call you back as soon as possible if it is something that cannot be answered via e-mail but, it we can answer by e-mail, then that is the preferred method of contacting us. Also, it is sometimes easier to get rhough to us like Mid Afternoon.
