What is scarier than this is the number of new hires in DEA Diversion unit. 100 new this year and 250+ new expected over 2-3 years. These people, unlike DEA agents, are DEA Diversion Agents. They go through a shorter class and spend 100% of their work time on prescription drug investigations.
