Insomniac, I did not research this issue as much as you. It is my understanding that these monitoring programs were for all scheduled substances, not just C-II. Is that what you found? I remember from my drug classes, about 4 years ago, that C-II are mandatory reporting for all states, while some states go one step further to invade our privacy, I mean protect us, by monitoring C-V through C-II. Just curious what you found because the laws change hourly...
