As a perioperative RN that is VERY VERY pro "pain rights", I am looking forward to your site and will try to be involved as time permits if it is a "posting" type site. It's amazing the number of physicians that under-treat pain. My own father (a surgeon) and I have some very heated, passionate discussions because I feel he under prescribes for pain post-op. I do know that nursing students are being taught that the level of pain is WHATEVER the patient says it is... now if they can just convince the docs of that, lol. What specifically will be the focus of your site? Good luck on your new venture!
