Honestly, if we received 3 e-mails, at least 2 would have been ansered. We do not on purpose ignore e-mails. Maybe something has happened to them in transmission. I am not saying that we are perfect but, we do pride ourselves in answering our e-mails etc.... I do know that if there is a virus attached to the e-mail, because we have a very good virus program, the e-mail is deleted by our Norton Anti-virus. We also had some issues with some e-mails going to our anti-spam folder ( which I did not discover until about a week ago). So, that could have also happened.
Also, sometimes out e-mail has been ending up in our patients anti-spam folder also!!
Maybe check your anti-spam folder ( if you have one set up)
