Kandi, I have actually found that they are more responsive to phone calls rather than email or PM's here - I think they get so much mail they have a hard time keeping up with it. You might want to give them a call and ask - I really think you would be happy with their service, even though they haven't been very responsive to you on the board. I got my friend hooked up with YOD, rather than fool around with email and all that we just picked up the phone, got a live person first time around and they were very friendly and helpful. Your records are very recent and sound thorough, my guess is you will have no problem. Good luck!
