Well, I will ask the question here anyway, since I have emailed CS at the addy you posted three times in the past two weeks with the same question, and have yet to get a response.(Nice CS, NOT.) I have very recent MRI records, my medical excuse slip from my doctor with the date and my diagnosis on it, and photo ID. Is this sufficient documentation to obtain a consult with YOD? It is for every other OP that I know of, but I was considering YOD because of the three refills thing. If not, I will stick with NWW for my next consult which is due mext month.
