msaok, I have asthma, and it can get dangerous very quickly. I live in a very rural area, and wanted to have the prednisone on hand to literally save my life. What HLM sent me was "no more than a sugar pill" according to my pharmacist, and he said I would be playing with fire if I were to use it for an emergency. I have ordered from another overseas pharmacy--low price, SEALED bottle, and it is prednisone, not fake. As I said above, HLM denied that SOMEONE was lying--HLM or the supplier, and he would not replace the order[2 bottles] with another company, so I concluded that he did not want my business. He thought I was upset over getting a generic, but he missed the point---ALL of my orders from HLM had been generic, and I had no problems---until the prednisone, and it was very upsetting that Fritz just didn't care. Wouldn't replace, wouldn't refund. I went elsewhere. gl5505
