How can I test pills

Does anyone have any advice on what I should do.......
I received a package for Fenfluramine (diet aid) and they were sent from Hong Kong. The meds came via discreet packaging, but were not in any original packaging. When I got it open, the individual pills were actually getting stuck to the wrapper that covered it.
I wanted to know if anyone out there can give me any sort of advice on how to test the pills to see if they are actually what they are said to be.
Other than an insert describing the medication, there are no markings on the pills that would in anyway help me in determining what they really are.
I mean I am brave, but not brave enough to risk my health by taking an unmarked, timy yellow pill, that was not in any original packaging, just because I am hopeful that a stranger from Hong Kong actually sent me the correct medication. No way, not in this day and age.
So now I am sorta stuck. I know that many of you one here have mentioned different ways to find out if the medications are really what they say they are. But is that mainly with opiates, or with other meds too? I want to find out so bad, but I do not have any kind of clue how to actually do it.
I remember reading something on here that said the best way to find out the chemical make-up of a pill, is to take it to a poison control facility and tell them you found pills in your childs drawer, and they were only in a baggie so you are concerned with what your son or daughter may be taking without your knowledge.
I thought that was brilliant, but when I looked up the nearest poison contol, I found out it was almost 2 hours away from me. Gee Whiz....I always thought every town had to have a poison control office. Or at least there should be one in a town with a big university (my town does, and a huge medical school). So much for taking the pills to be tested at poison control.
SO.......can anyone please help me figure this one out. I mean I was so happy when I finally received these meds after searching for SOOOOOOOOOOO LOOOOOOOOOONG! But now that they are here, I am only able to hold them in my hand and stare. I am close to saying, "oh scr*w it, I will be OK" but how would I ever explain that to my family if something did go wrong?
They have been there for me throughout my failed back surgery and have supported me when I wanted to give up, and never say anything negative about the 40-45 lbs. I gained since the back surgery. But if I did something this stupid, and I ended up either getting sick, or WHATEVER, I do not think they would be all that understanding any more, you know?
OK, so I welcome any and ALL advice out there, and remember, there are NO STUPID QUESTIONS OR STATEMENTS ABOUT DRUG IDENTIFICATION(S), ONLY STUPID PILLS.
Um, what?? Ya, sorry, pretty lame, I know. Just thought I would rope in the help if I asked for it in the most ridiculous way possible. Ha.
