this must be an op thing. when i get meds from my PMD i can refill the pain med 3-5 days prior to script orders ie 60 tabs 2 every 4 hours = refill in 5 days. if you are in good with the pharmicist they have let me fill meds a l ittle earier. my usual hold up is insurance and they dictate when they pay fpr a refill...
