I'm curious what the effects of Temgesic are. Could it be a hydro substitute? Meaning, will it get rid of the pain and provide that hydro soothe?

Destinyrx.com sent me an email suggesting "T*mgsic 0.2mg Sublingual (Buprnorphine)" as an alternative to the hydro I asked if they had. Weird spelling too. Is this stuff worth a try for hydro holidays or even all around replacement?
