Hi redhill You have received some excellent advice. From the people on this list as allways .I have a few things to get off my chest. In a earlier post someone mentioned schedule 2 drug reporting. I personally live in the great state of ky. Where we enjoy all schedule reporting.Within 15 min law enforcement is notified of a narcotic script being written. Even with excellent med records. I was recently given motrin 800 mg for 3 bluging discs and possiablly a pinched nerve in my lower back. The op"s have helped give my life back. A family friend who is a Dr. Told me personally that lots of physicans are afraid of loss of there license. If some one at the dea think they are writing too many scripts for pain meds. If you live in a state without these laws. You are not save the Dea will be lobbying in your state soon .Sorry for the rant. Doctors not cops should decide what medication. That is needed by there patients. Everyone have apain free day ... ws
