Is thedoctorspharmacy.com legal for U.S. citizens to use to ship to their U.S. address? I only want to make legal orders, so I wanted to make sure.
If it is legal, I am surprised that all of the drugs that they sell can be obtained without even a phone consult with an MD.
I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

There are many many sites in the USA that sell the same products I saw when I visited the site you mentioned.
Do a google search on Viagra or Vioxx or Phentermine and 1000's of sites will pop up.
I didn't look to see if they are in the US.
If they are, for the most part it is legal if it is legal in your state.

Thanks Lumbar. They do have a Miami address, and my order came postmarked from Miami, with a Miami pharmacy return address. The Rx bottle had an RX #, name of doctor, pharmacy name, physical address, and phone number.
I did some DEA reading and it seems that the DEA does not straight out state that this type of OP is illegal. But I may be incorrect in my interpretation of their writing. The DEA seemed to state that an OP is legal if the prescribing doctor is licensed in the state in which he is practicing, the pharmacy is a DEA licensed U.S. pharmacy, the doctor establishes a doctor-patient relationship with the patient, and the drug you are prescribed is warranted for your condition. They just seemed to "frown upon" OPs that don't establish a doctor-patient relationship via a phone consultation.
Also, this site does not carry things like hydrocodone and benzos. So the fact that their list of drugs does not contain the "very addictive" drugs would seem to indicate that they are legal. Again, that may be a poor assumption.
I just wish I had 100% certainty that thedoctorspharmacy.com is legal, because I absolutely do not want to do anything illegal. Maybe this discussion is a re-run for some of you "old hands", but I am still learning and it would be good to know "for sure" about this OP (and similar OPs).
I would love to get "expert's" advice from one you knowledgable types .

If you don't mind, could you please tell me what doctor and pharmacy was on the Rx bottle. PM me if you'd like. Thanks.

Hmmm... 389 views to this post and only 1 reply (thanks LumbarSpasm) to the question. But Lumbar's answer was not a definitive YES - IT IS LEGAL (no fault on your part, Lumbar - you explained what you knew ).
I am not sure how to determine this law for my state.
Being a newbie, I may have posted a question that has been answered many times. Or it may just not be an interesting question. Or maybe a stupid question.
I just thought it would be good to know for sure if this place is legal, because it looks like they probably are, and their prices seem very competitive (at least compared against U.S. doctors/pharmacies).

The US sites that offer meds through a simple generic medical questionaire are far more into the gray area of the law.
When you do not talk to a doctor, you are not having a consult in my opinion. As it is the OP's that are in the US that offer consults are in the gray area of the law, but the ones that do not require medical records and do not require that you speak to a doctor are the ones that many states are trying to shut down.
Is it legal? Well...for now yes, provided it is legal in your state. Nevada for instance has laws against internet sales of prescription drugs unless you have had a face to face consultation with the doctor prescribing the medication.
You need to look up the laws for your state that govern or regulate what residents can legally do or not do.
Federal law is the basics. States can bulid on that and increase penalities and create more regulations.
You might try searching google for prescription monitoring programs, and also state pharmacy regulations and prescribing regs.
There is not a single answer as states differ on the amount of regulation they have enacted into law.
