There are many many sites in the USA that sell the same products I saw when I visited the site you mentioned.
Do a google search on Viagra or Vioxx or Phentermine and 1000's of sites will pop up.

I didn't look to see if they are in the US.
If they are, for the most part it is legal if it is legal in your state.
