Kathy, Levorphanol is a synthetic opioid, similar to morphine. I have never taken it, but I do take oral morphine. I do believe morphine is equal to hydro, in strength. I have a Dr's appt coming up, I will ask my Dr about this med. I am also going to try to get my percocet changed, to something w/o apap. He mentioned oxyfast on my last visit, but gave me percocet for BT pain.

I will be curious to know what your doc has to say about Levorphanol. I'm sorry to say I know nothing about Oxyfast, I saw your other post. Instead of APAP maybe something mixed with IB would work? Best of luck on the visit and do let us know how it goes!

I dont know anthing about OxyFast but I do know about
OxyIR.. Maybe it's the same thing? I dunno!
It comes in varying degrees of oxycodone, 5mgs and up without the apap and it comes in a capsule...
My Mom is taking this for bt pain (along with Oxycontin) and it has saved her sanity... (severe back injury)...
Maybe you can ask about OxyIR?....Poco
