Kathy, Levorphanol is a synthetic opioid, similar to morphine. I have never taken it, but I do take oral morphine. I do believe morphine is equal to hydro, in strength. I have a Dr's appt coming up, I will ask my Dr about this med. I am also going to try to get my percocet changed, to something w/o apap. He mentioned oxyfast on my last visit, but gave me percocet for BT pain.
