I'm new to OP's, but I've noticed that virtually all of the ones that don't offer controlled substances are in Florida, and a good portion of those that do are also in Florida. Any idea why?
I have a theory on that, Florida has a large retired population, making medical care and medicine a big deal and big business in Florida, but consequently the rise in the sale of certain medications like pain med's and muscle relaxers (soma) is interpreted by the state government as "abuse" and therefore they try to stop the "perceived abuse epidemic" by passing state substance abuse legislation.
