Anyone had any experience with this OP they can post? Who's the Dr and which pharmacy? On their site it says they use an exclusive pharmacy, yet I read that they use Black Oak (I believe) and Bi-Wise.

I used them last week, and they were really nice. GREAT doc, real easy to talk to. She gave me a script for #100 1mg. Alpraz with two refills...they are not real crazy about benzos, though, but they came through for me.

Once you request the consult, they send you a calendar with open times, and you pick what is convenient for you. I was able to get mine within 24 hours of my request.

MidlandMC is now offering $10 off the phone consultation for all of FREE Board Members!!!
How it works when you register at MidlandMC Homepage type db10off in the Special code box. If you have already registered with MMC just send them an email at and tell them to put in your file that you are a db10off member and you want that code in your file for future consult discounts.
Here are some prescription price examples (we obviously can not show every drug name MMC offers for treating anxiety, chronic pain, erectile dysfunction(ED), sleep disorders, smoking cessation, etc. but here are a few items):
Baclofen 10mg #90 only $40
Lorcet #90 only $60
Lortab #90 only $60
Norco #90 only $70
Soma #90 only $55
Vicoden 7.5/500 & 5/500 only $50
Xanax 2mg #90 only $65
and much more!!!
These prescriptions typically comes with two refills so about a 90 day supply.
Federal Express shipping & handling charges:
Standard overnight $20
Priority overnight AM $30
Two day air $15
Overnight Saturday $40
MMC is not affiliated with any other online services.
As a lot of you members know, you can fax in your most recent medical records and id for example on Monday, get a consult on Tuesday, and have the prescriptions arrive at your door on Wednesday. That is a 48 hour turnaround from the time you fax in your ID and medical records to time you receive your prescription(s) at your doorstep!!!
An even better incentive that DrugBuyers has is that all VIP members save $20 off a consult!!!

A model ultimate intent of OPs timely, convenient and compassionate. Request made, records faxed, minor clarification, consultation scheduled, completed on-time by caring physician who offered empathy, sound medical advice and email follow-up as promised. Medications arrived quickly and at a very reasonable rate. This should be the new standard by which others strive to achieve. Those looking for genuine support look no further . . . A+.

Yes indeed, very nice place to deal with all around. I had my consult set up within an hour of faxing in my info! Very friendly doc. Gave me 100 instead of the usual 90, that was pretty cool I thought.

That is correct! MMC can prescribe #90, #100, #110, and very rarely #120 if medically necessary. Wally

I have always had great service with them. I was out of town recently and was up for a refill. Went to the website and AZ was not listed so I called the pharmacy and they said not a problem. I was very happy. I sure beat sending it to a friend and then having them ship it to me and the cost of the shipping. You get what I mean. But Wally and the rest of the staff as well as the great Dr. Hall and I can not forget Bi-Wise all have been really super in the 2 consultations I have had with them. Give them a try people, I know you will also be happy. Have a great pain free day today!
Peace,

I agree! It is such a nice relief when you can get someone on the phone or reply to your emails. I thought you guys might like to know the prices I got from Midlandmc's pharmacy. Faxed Midlandmc my medical records this past Sunday (two pages and a copy if my driver's license), had my phone consult on Monday, got Fedex package Tuesday!!! The consult was $90 - VIP member, was prescribed Lortab 10/500 #100 for $65 - watson brand, and Xanax 2mg #90 for $65. My shipping for overnight was $20. I got two refills with each prescription too!!! I would strongly recommend them. Kelly

Hi Valued Members! I want to make everyone aware that if your refill is due to go out on Friday, the 4th of July, we will be sending the refills out on Thursday (24 days from when your last refill was dispensed instead of 25). The reason for this is that Federal Express will not be working in the 4th so if your refill falls on the 4th please email us at and let us know if you want Saturday delivery $40, or standard overngiht for Monday delivery $20.
Also, thank you for all the members using the $10 off code which is 10dbfree (just type in under special code when registering at MidlandMC Thank you, Wally

I want to add an additional vote of confidence for this OP. I used NWW last time, and they were quick, to the point, and easy, but MMC has the qualities that make them one of what I would call the "respectable" USOPs. They don't give out meds carelessly, so be sure to include information on any and all scripts you may need on your online questionnaire.
One thing that *really* astounded me about this OP: I filled out the questionnairre and went into the office one evening to fax my records and ID to them. By the time I got home, there was ALREADY an e-mail telling me to log-in and choose my consult time, which turned out to be about 12 hours later. For them to be this on top of things, even after business hours, is pretty amazing.
My consult was on a Friday, but with their great shipping prices (for meds AND shipping) I could actually afford to get Saturday delivery, and that's saying something.

Called doctor at 11:50 Tuesday, started with questions about situation and prescribed 110 10/500. The number is unusual. I had shoulder surgery on 6/20/03 and was recently approved for social security disability for one year because my other shoulder needs the same surgery and the recovery time is 6 months per shoulder. State medicaid paid for it and then when I got the first social security payment, the state (CT) said I made to much money now and dropped my medical insurance right after surgery when physical therapy is required for 6 weeks forcing me to use OP to help. Thats the government for you. Got meds next day for total of $180 which was $90 for consult with db discount and $90 for med and shipping. Decent pricing and efficient. Responds well to emails

Hello all! Thank you for all the PMs. Just a reminder, when getting the $10 off your consult you just need to type in the discount code "10DBfree" in the "Special Code" box when you register. If you have already registered then just email me at and I will update your file with the discount for you on future consults.
Please also note that we provide $20 off for our valued VIP members!!!
Thank you, Wally

Wow..she prescribed #90 2mg. Xanax? I am surprised..I had to practically beg to get #100 1 mg., even though I had records, and told her that this had been a chronic problem (off and on for 30 years), and it was the ONLY med I requested. I had wondered why the 2mg. were even listed in the price list...she told me she never prescribes that amount ( I requested 4 mg./day, which is what I had been taking in the past). Oh well, I got my last refill today, so I will move on to another OP that will meet my needs, even though she was nice, the consult went well, and the prices were good. Or maybe if I fax in some records of when I herniated two discs in my back, she will prescribe them along with class III opiates...LOL!

The doctor had a prob prescribing something that you have records documenting the problem, and that you have taken this in the past? What is the point of using an OP if you can't even get what you are requesting and having records backing this up? Seems kind of odd to me.

She prescribed the med, although not at the dose I have taken (and need) in the past. Although she was very nice, she seemed more interested in hearing about what type of cancer killed my father than my problem, which was, and remains, panic attacks. She told me in no uncertain terms that she would never prescribe 4mgs. of Xanax a day. Now I see she prescribes it for others, ALONG with narcotic pain killers, which if I am not mistaken, POTENTIATE each other. This was my first phone consult, and I was pretty nervous...what I should have done was told her that the dosage she was giving me was not adequate for my needs and that I wanted to end the consult, and gone elsewhere. Forget the "compassionate doctor" BS, if her compassion is that selective...here is the short list of what was going on in my life when I turned to MMC: in three months I had to get legal guardianship and custody of my mother (very costly and time consuming), who has Alzheimers disease and now lives with me, with me as her primary caretaker, my father died suddenly the month before, and I was about to start a new (very stressful) job, along with raising two teenagers by myself. I was having between 2-5 full-blown panic attacks a day, and lucky to get three hours of sleep a night. If you've ever taken one of those home "stress" tests, you would know that three out of the four of these things put my stress level off the charts, but she literally told me "you just have to deal with it", at was what was probably the worst time of my entire life...I had initially wanted to go with NWW, but couldn't work out a time to coincide with my work schedule. Now that my work schedule has changed, I will be using them for my next consult. I'd rather deal with a place that basically asks "what do you want and how much", than to go through a bunch of irrelevant questions and then not have my needs met. If it is an across the board policy to NOT prescribe over a certain amount of a med, then that is one thing, but to do it for some and not others (particularly in light of the severity of my problem) is pretty crappy in my book. THAT being said, they do offer excellent prices and great delivery times. When they say "overnight delivery", they mean it.

Is Xanax hard to get from local Docs? I know lots of people that get either valium or xanax due to stress, anxiety or just stuff going on in their lives.
I really liked the doctor. She was caring and kind and really listened and gave some good advice to me but I know that each persons experience is all so different.
Generic xanax is so cheap I bet you would save $$ by finding a doc to help. Good luck with things.

Mr. B, My last PCP wouldn't give me anything stronger than MOTRIN when I herniated two lumbar discs. His policy is to prescribe NOTHING controlled...I had to fight to get my son's ADD med that the psychologist recommended, and he finally gave in on this. I am currently without insurance..just recently started a new job and coverage doesn't kick in till next month..will try to get my anxiety problems addressed with my new PCP when my insurance kicks in.

Did anyone else just get an email from MidlandMC for $20 off the consult for September? It said use a "20SEP" code and pay only $90 for the consult. I have used them in the past and the prescription prices are awesome.
Wally or if anyone else knows about this please let me know if we get $20 off plus the $10 for the DB Freeboard members to pay only $80 a consult?
Thanks in advance for any replies! Kelly

Okay, I found out the scoop from MidlandMC and wanted you guys to know this too. I can not use the 20SEP and the DBVIP code that I get $20 off with for being a VIP member...was trying to get $40 off with the combined codes.
anyway, they take either or. Right now they take the 20SEP code so the consult runs only $90 or they will do the VIP discount code at anytime for $90 consult.
I had my second consult and was prescribed:
Norco 10/325 #120 $95
Xanax 2mg #90 $65
Soma #90 for $55
You gotta love their prescription prices also! This company is AWESOME! Fast reliable service and easy to request your refills online! I can't say enough about Dr. H and their customer service from MidlandMC and BuyWise.
Cheers,
Kelly
