I don't think it's the same TDI - the TDI that (we) I was sent meds from was in Florida and this places name is TODAYS TDI Pharmacy..............

The article is recent and does metion TDI in PA. A few of the OP's listed use this same TDI..
I notice their site TDIpharmacy.com is open so I would check your bottle and see if it came from PA.
Fedxmeds.com uses this same pharmacy...Others do as well so I am curious to see how this unfolds..

It is because of Medicaid and insurance fraud....I have been following the stouy. It really has nothong to do with the the type of transctions that most who use them as consults or OP's. It has been happeneing since the early 1970's when I was in pharmacy school, and even before that that. It is not that uncommon. Out of court settlements are oftend reached, along with hefty fines and penatilities.

It is the same pharmacy. The doctor is in Florida but the pharmacy itself is in Pittsburg. And it isn't just Medicare fraud, although that is bad enough, it is also dispensing medicine without a proper prescription.
