It is because of Medicaid and insurance fraud....I have been following the stouy. It really has nothong to do with the the type of transctions that most who use them as consults or OP's. It has been happeneing since the early 1970's when I was in pharmacy school, and even before that that. It is not that uncommon. Out of court settlements are oftend reached, along with hefty fines and penatilities.
