Hi, I'm new here.
I just recieved a package from an OP with the wrong product in it!
I think the packers put the wrong med in my envelope.
I emailed the Pharmacy. I'll name them if people think I should. They do seem to have good customer service however.
Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do.

You did just perfect.
Let the OP respond and tell you what to do. If it's an int'l OP I would imagine you get to keep this package, your original order will be reshipped to you, and the other person's order will be resent to them.
If it's a domestic OP, you will probably have to return the contents to the OP, and they will reship your order.

Yikes! Once an Int'l OP did not deliver my order in way more than a "timely" manner, and when I inquired about it, they replied with an email stating:
"Jane Doe ( with the same last name as I.)
xxxx Xxxx Sreet
Xxxxxx, OR
Right?"
I replied to them, "No, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx blah blah and so on....
I am in the deep south, couldn't be further from the state they sent my order to. However, they did make it right. Don't want to mention the OP this happened with here.

Yes I've had an international pharmacy send me the wrong meds. My order confirmation from them was correct but they had the wrong meds listed on the enclosed form. When I emailed them they said I was correct and to keep the wrong meds and they sent the correct ones out to me.

Good news. Int'l Pharm(new-good place it seems) found the mistake; a slip up between sales and shipping.
They are remailing...and adding a bonus! I trust this will come..
