What you get is a plethora of advantages that normal free members don't, you also get access to the VIP forum which is a great source of information (not that the free board isnt, its just that the VIP persons are more inclined to help one another) not to mention that the discounts themselves pay for your membership very quickly. It also helps DB grow above and beyond their current capacity, I'm sure it cost money to keep tabs with this site, pay the bills etc. It's a highly regarded, respected site and I believe becoming a VIP is not only righteous but your helping the community as a whole. Just my 2 cents. 8-)

This new Board is kind of confusing but I am trying my best to learn how to use it. My question concerns the new Board and the VIP Board. On the old Board there was a lot more people particiating than here. Is it because everyone is at the new VIP Board? Did a lot of members not come over here to the new Board?
Thank you anyone if you can help me.

I think many of the users of the old free board have not registered here yet. And they did not move to the VIPs. I agree with the people who consider their fee for the VIP board as an important support for DBs efforts. Of course there is useful information as well.

Of course the biggest part of the VIP board is the information on US pharmacies and docs, but if you can't order from US sources (most of them do not ship abroad), the other parts of the board are still quite helpful.

You become part of a community with all the great people that replied before me. Its a great resource of information. It's a community of support for chronic pain suffers or just suffering from the pain of life. Discounts are available for a number of OP's. Although altruism is not too popular these days (well maybe a bit more since 9-11), we have a tremendous resource here for every reader and the administrator still needs to pay the rent, electricity and lawyers. I would hate to go back to seeing pop ads for Gold Cards and cell phones.

I think the VIP section is one of the best investments I have made in a long time. Besides the info, polite and informative answers to questions, and a family like support system I could not ask for more. And NO pop up ads like Morpheus stated.

The VIP board is a lifesaver for me. It has far surpassed the small fee I paid to join. I find a sense of community on the board and there is always someone willing to help with anything at anytime. The members are kind, caring and courteous. The VIP benefits alone will pay for the fee tenfold. I feel as if I am truly a part of a large caring family there. Whats left to say DB has done a wonderful job with the VIP Board to say the least!!
Be well,
Kelly

I agree completely with everything Kellypatricia has to say
re: the VIP board! I've only been scammed once, and that
was before I joined the VIP board. Not that I haven't gotten
alot of good info from the free board also.

I joined as a VIP yesterday but can't get onto the board. Kind of disappointing. Got my user name and password, got the browser window with my name, type in password, starts loading, but then quits. Tried so many times, I'm about to give up. Emailed about the problem and they suggested, changing my password and they will email me a new one. Tried that, but they emailed me the old one. And I tried it again and still can't get on. I don't regret having spent the money and supporting this site, but I did expect to get to go to the VIP board, too.

Well, I must have some unlucky phase or something. Got one order seized, 2 didn' show up, now I spent money to join the VIP board and I've only gotten in one time. And now I can't get in anymore.

After you login to the VIP, it is very helpful to NOT logout, once in. Same goes for the Free board, once logged in, do not logout. That seems to do the trick for me.
I also wanted to add that after I joined the VIP board, I rec'd discounts that surpassed the cost of membership. Well worth the investment. The community there is like a family, full of support & great understanding with compassion.
Hope this helps Chantal!

Thanks, Stacey. I did log out and tried to get back in. But what about the next day? What do you do to get in the next day? It doesn't load for me. Goes halfway only and then stops and a while later gets me to this dead page at DB. I'm very disappointed about it all. Sure could have used the help and info there. But nothing is going well for me anymore lately. I'm losing more and more money. Maybe something is trying to tell me to stop using the meds. But I can't and don't want to live without any!

The million dollar question - does the VIP board have sources for Hydro w/o a prescription? On the database they have several Hydrocodone listings but no pharmacy or info beyond mg, price and # of pills for us poor people who don't have a VIP membership. If I join the VIP board will there be sources for the medication I am looking for?

All I can say is VIP is worth the investment. I held out for months and haven't regretted the expense.

It's not a million dollar question but I bet the answer to your question will cost you $30.00. Unfortunatly.
