Here is my advice for anyone considering using New Horizon, I have used them in the past so being they have my history I decided to use them again. I logged in with my username and password. My history came right up. I tried to change the date where they ask when you last have seen a doctor, but it kept telling me the date was no good, so I changed it back to the orginal one they had. I may have missed something but I could not edit this, they made an appointment with for this morning at 8:10 AM. No one ever called, I came home once from work to check my e-mail and there was none. I tried to call them with no success. Went back to work no phone calls. Checked when I came back home from work and no e-mail, Now it is after 4PM so I e-mail them what's up with them. I get an e-mail back just before 5Pm that the doctor's notes showed that they needed updated records. This would have been no problem I have them, but was never asked for them all day. So my advice to anyone considering using them who has in the past is don't wait to be asked for new records, just fax them in. I will not use them again, as they could have called or e-mailed sometime way before 5PM. Sc-- 'em.

I would not recommend this op. It sounds like they are running this company out of there house. The lady who answers the phone is very nice but not helpful at all. She keeps telling me she needs more info. I have sent them everyhting twice, said its not on there . I highlighted the area from my doctor. It has been 4days, no response. I will contacting the proper authorities to report this company.

I have used this company with great success. I had to send in updated records for the doctor and I didn't have a problem with that. They are staying on the ball with the regulations and are trying to do what is required, unlike other sites you may go to. I am sorry you had a bad experience, in my books, they are top notch.

What kind of count do they rx up to. Do they go up to 120 ct. or just 90 ct. I looked around and cannot seem to find this info.

I have heard they dropped down to a 90ct on the meds. They used to do 120.

Is New Horizonrx the same but revampted Horizonrx? About a year ago I placed an order with the second, paid a $120 consult fee with 3 refills. Went back after the first prescrition was gone and they were gone but I see this New Horizon on the net. Anyone know anything about this?

I believe this has been New Horizon for quite some time. They have dropped to 90ct, and my last rx was filled out of Colorado, not with Woody's.
