Ky house bill 343

The ky house bill 343 passed 97-0.. It is now in the senate where it soon will pass. The governor will sign it into law.. !! So if you live in ky and use op"s. Things will change very soon. How this will effect rop"s. No one has said.. But it will shut down nrop"s fast.. !!

A similar bill just passed in VA. It should become law sometime towards the end of the year, probably December.


VA will soon have the tag line: We do ship to your state.

I really believe this will set a precedence for many states.

I agree, it will be interesting to see how this affects ROPs. Maybe they will start using a mobile medical system, similar to life insurance.
