A similar bill just passed in VA. It should become law sometime towards the end of the year, probably December.

VA will soon have the tag line: We do ship to your state.

I really believe this will set a precedence for many states.

I agree, it will be interesting to see how this affects ROPs. Maybe they will start using a mobile medical system, similar to life insurance.
