Hello!
Quick note for everyone, tomorrow - January 19th - will be our second drawing for a **FREE CONSULTATION, FREE MEDICATION AND FREE SHIPPING**.
Anyone who has completed a consultation between 3:00pm last Wednesday afternoon and 3:00pm this Wednesday will automatically be included in the drawing.
Two more drawings will also take place after this one - Wednesday, January 26th and February 2nd.
For any winner who's consultation has taken place earlier in the week we will refund the consult fee immediately and the medication and shipping will be FREE on your refill order.

Good Morning - hope everyone is enjoying the weekend while I'm wishing I was somewhere much warmer!
Just a reminder because I haven't mentioned it for awhile but we DO offer "Saturday Consultations".
With Saturday appointments we request to make sure the process goes smoothly, we have the faxed request to our office NO LATER than 9:30am eastern Saturday morning. This will make sure we have enough time to process the request and have it to the pharmacy NO LATER than 11:00am eastern for FedEx pick-up.
These times are pretty strict but we are up very early and information can be faxed Friday evening.
The Medicine Shoppe is open Saturdays and able to process NEW prescriptions Saturday for Monday delivery for $45.00 or you can get a jump on the week-day rush and have the prescription ready early Monday for delivery Tuesday for $25.00. No refill orders are shipped out on Saturday though.

Hi Everyone!
Don't forget tomorrow January 26th is another drawing for a **FREE CONSULTATION, FREE MEDICATION AND FREE SHIPPING**.
Anyone who has completed a consultation between 3:00pm eastern Jan 19th through 3:00pm eastern Jan 26th will be entered into the drawing. This includes ALL consult requests even Returning Patients.
Next Wednesday, February 2nd will be the final week.
Last weeks winner didn't post so maybe this week our winner will give a little feedback.

MacArthur - Hi, we do not list the prices on our website, actually, it is against regulation. OP's provide a consulation service and the pharmacy provides the medication. Our pharmacy can be contacted by calling (813)971-8401 or we have 2 specific links on the website to email the pharmacy for pricing.

Well I've tried posting my feedback for TP on their feedback thread a few times and none are there; That thread stopped showing anything from 11/22 and on, unless I'm just missing something, anyone else had that problem? Does anyone know if TP ships on Friday for Sat delivery? I know they don't process refills on Sat, but don't know if they will ship for Sat or not, or how much extra they charge.

meatwaggon - I don't know if this relates but every time I post something on that thread, it shows on another (it goes to discussion, I think, not sure) - I thought it was me and probably is  doing something crazy! The first time it happened, I could see the post on the main index but then had to search for the thread it appeared on but wasn't where I put it - any advise would be appreciated!
Anyways, YES we do offer Saturday delivery from the pharmacy!
And a quick note for everyone we are now accepting PayPal and we can be emailed at the website for details.

- A request here in reference to the PM's, all have been answered at this time BUT can I please make a huge request: Usually, I check in here in the evenings, eastern time and go through all my messages so Please, Please - if it is important or regarding your prescriptions the fastest way to get us during the day (work hours) is to send a message to We can get the message right away and take care of you!! Otherwise, I do get here most early evenings.
Two things to talk about tonight - REFILLS!! I guess another request, please if you are ordering refills by email through the website, please be sure to include as much information as possible:
Your Name
Prescription Number (if available but not required)
Shipping Address
Billing Changes
Shipping Method
Daytime Phone Number
This is pretty important, the pharmacy is receiving alot of half information and having difficulty processing requests, they do the best they can to make it work but details definitely make a smoother transaction!
Also, refill orders can be tracked by "Reference Number" on the FedEx website by using your prescription number as the reference number.

Hi Everyone!
Well, as usual Mondays are Mondays - spent most of the day trying to solve an eFax problem and unfortunately they were closed today for the holiday. Our bad luck, the local number was stuck on busy all day and the alternate number had the "all circuits are busy" message all day. They still are not working properly and will not be able to have a solution until tomorrow.
BUT, the good news is that **WE HAVE JUST SET UP A NEW TOLL FREE NUMBER FOR FAXES** the new number is current, ready to go and will be a permanent fixture:

Hi Everyone!
Ok, here was the daily dilema in technological disasters - before word spreads like wild fire, YES we absolutely are completing consultations as always.
We updated the website and the medical questionnaires with the new fax numbers and lost the link to our Returning Patient Questionnaire - we contacted the company who hosts our website to make the repair. They somehow reverted the homepage back to the old one from when we first opened and it read "Scheduling New Consultations September 1st"
This caused confusion to say the least:) Anyways all is back to normal - they say things happen in 3's - So, I figure between the fax line, the questionnaire and the homepage we are set for awhile.
YES, we are still here - Same Day Consults for all as usual!!

We have decided for the month of March to go back to our **WEDNESDAY FREE CONSULT DRAWINGS** It seems to be the promotion that people are most interested in and most valued by the lucky winners!
So, here's how it goes again....
A FREE CONSULT will be given away every Wednesday for the entire month of March.
Drawings will be held every Wednesday at the end of the day - ALL names of those who have successfully completed a consultation during the week will be entered into the drawing and a winner selected at random.

What about drawings for those who have already consulted from the month prior or for other patients instead of those who consult for that week. I would like to see a drawing for those who are already using your services and need help for the next consult.Trying to pay for both meds and consult are hard for our family sometimes. Just a suggestion for the members you already have. I know you are trying to get more members to join and this is a good promotion for them but for the members that are already with you would like to see something for them. Excuse me i am just whining.

We actually have had drawings pretty regularly from January - March and plan on continuing the promotions!
Also, EVERYONE requesting a consult is included in the drawings - not just new clients but especially those who are returning to us!!
In 2 days we are having another drawing for a FREE CONSULTATION - Wednesday, March 9th. All who have completed a consult from Thursday through the end of the day on Wednesday will be included in the drawing.
