- A request here in reference to the PM's, all have been answered at this time BUT can I please make a huge request: Usually, I check in here in the evenings, eastern time and go through all my messages so Please, Please - if it is important or regarding your prescriptions the fastest way to get us during the day (work hours) is to send a message to We can get the message right away and take care of you!! Otherwise, I do get here most early evenings.

Two things to talk about tonight - REFILLS!! I guess another request, please if you are ordering refills by email through the website, please be sure to include as much information as possible:
Your Name
Prescription Number (if available but not required)
Shipping Address
Billing Changes
Shipping Method
Daytime Phone Number

This is pretty important, the pharmacy is receiving alot of half information and having difficulty processing requests, they do the best they can to make it work but details definitely make a smoother transaction!

Also, refill orders can be tracked by "Reference Number" on the FedEx website by using your prescription number as the reference number.
