I just decided to use this OP because of an email exchange I had and they seemed so compassionate and caring. I faxed my records in and received a call the very day ready to schedule a consult. Consult was conducted last night and meds are scheduled to arrive in the morning. So far, this OP is the BEST I have ever dealt with as far as their customer service and they really spoke to me as though they completely understood and actually cared about my situation. I was spoken to as a TRUE pain patient and person...not just a call they had to make that day. I will update tomorrow after meds arrive, but so far I feel this OP is one of the best around. If things continue as is, they definitely have me as a long time patient.

Update: Received via fedex with early delivery just as promised. Nothing but great things to say...customer service is very nice and fast to answer AND call back, and doctor was SO caring. Couldn't be better! I now get to have a pain free weekend with my son  !

I am very pleased with ProRX. There are only a handful of record online pharmacies that offer such compassionate and superior service. Being a medical practitioner myself, I understand the importance of both being understanding and affordable. I tried ProRX because I heard good things about them. They are offering an unheard of free consult just to try them. I'm sure some of you suspect that this sounds too good and that I might work for them. This is not the case. I'm just more comfortable utilizing an online means for a secondary healthcare provider. This is easier and more private than asking my colleagues to help me out, etc. That being said, I highly recommend ProRX. Both Barbara the physician and the customer service staff are great! Give em' a try. All you pay for is the affordably priced medicine.

If a person really does have a pain issue and records this is the place to go. They are without a doubt the nicest, friendliest and most caring rop out there!
This being my first time I was so nervous about the phone consult. I know that I really do have pain that warrants meds but from my experiences localy I am always made to feel like I am doing something wrong when I ask for a med stronger than Ibuprofin... I was immediatly put at ease and I got friendly advice for treating my problem. This is something I have yet to experience at a local doctor..
Bottom line.. Service was unbelievable!! Everyone there went way out of there way to help me and I did not feel like a criminal! price was perfect and I recieved my meds the very next day! 5 stars for sure!!

Unfortunatly I need to see another doctor this week to get an appointment for an mri... At least I wont have to beg for pain medicine!!
I really wish I could find a compassionate doctor to deal with locally. Not just for pain but for emotional support. I don't think many of them realize what it's like to be up all night with pain. To not be able to shovel the snow in my driveway or take out the garbage or even take my kids sledding is something they don't understand..
A doctors office that is just like ProRx is just a dream to me I guess but I am so thankful that I found them.... I hope they are around for a long time...

I have used prorx also by far nicest lady ive ever talked to and most compastionate will most definately continue to use them

This is a great OP. Thr Dr. was so sweet and talked to me for a long time as my dog died early this am. Great customer service. Give them a try. First visit is a free consult, then if you like their service the 2nd visit you pay the consult.

I want to add my positive experience about this place!!! Super friendly nurse who I had consult with, ordered cheapest 2nd day fed -ex and they mailed overnight. Had consult yesterday and received meds today. I will definitely use them again and again. Also, received free 1st consult.
