ExpMeds double-charged!
      #202251 - 11/22/04 06:20 AM

I haven't posted here in a very long time because I stopped taking hydrocodone for my back pains, and have been using Ibuprofen (sure doesn't work as well , but I was having issues with my hydrocodone usage....) I have panic attacks as well though, so I occasionally use the NROP's for overnight Xanax, although I do not take it daily. But recently found myself completely out with lots of sites closed down.

I was in a panic (literally) because I have been using the Worldnet Sites when I needed Xanax and have come to depend on them. Well it was time for me to get a new script for Xanax and I saw that almost everywhere was closed down or something. So in a moment of emergency, I tried ExpMeds.com.

I will say - I DID receive my order overnight and on time as expected (paid a high price though) - BUT - they charged me DOUBLE on the medications. They already add a 'consult fee' into the price, making the meds more expensive than they appear, but they also charged twice for the medications. They only take CC, no COD's, so I got ripped. I have contacted them thru phone and email with no response and have a feeling it is gonna be a pain in the butt to get this resolved, if ever. Oh yeah, they shorted me 1 tablet to ice the cake. Never again. Watch out for these guys, folks!!

Take care -

BTW -

If this has happened to anyone else recently, I would love to know - because if this place is doing this regularly then something needs to be done. They plain 'ol ripped me off. I would just like to see if it was a legitimate screw-up or their 'method of operation'

Just wanted to add: Please, before anyone says I am crazy for paying their (expmeds) prices - take a look at the prices on anxiety meds. They are not nearly as bad as the cost of the pain medicines. (well unless you get double-charged like me ) If I were still taking hydrocodone there is NO WAY in heck I woulda paid those prices. Just didn't wanna get a lecture...

Nice to see you back Z! I have read your last posts several times because most recently I had an issue with my own hydro usage. Your words spoke a lot to me.

Anyway, right before I went to detox/rehab/hospital a month ago, I did consult ExpressReliefMeds (and I hope that is the same company you speak of Zeuz). The consult and meds were OVER $300 bucks...I have NEVER paid that much before. The meds did come FedEx but I was putting off picking up my hydro because of the costs and because I was wanting to get OFF the hydro wagon. I ended up never getting it and having the FedEx hub send it back. I'll never know the results of this experiement but I know that it was just too expensive!!

Off topic here:

But Pocahontas, did you PM me a while back?
It has been so long since I have been on the board, that when I got back on for the first time (just the other day), one of the first things I did was deleted all my old PM's..... I feel like I saw one with your name, and unfortuantely I deleted everything (thinking it was out-dated) before I read your PM. I meant to keep the new ones, but screwed up when I clicked it. If it was you - will you send me the PM again? Would love to talk to you, being that we have both gotten off the hydrocodone, we could share some experiences? Thanks - maybe I'll chat ya later?

WOW!

This is a rare occasion. I am now suddenly amazed at Expmeds customer service. I never even spoke to a real person, just left messages and wrote e-mails..... Well - I just took a look at my order history and it shows that I was credited the amount that they overcharged (me the 2nd charge for the same meds) - They fixed it without even talking to me in person! I am just in shock - but happy. Wanted to update you all!

Has anyone ordered from EXPMeds lately? I placed an order for them on Nov. 14th and have not recieved anything as yet. It says "shipped, waiting on tracking information", and that it only takes 3-4 business days on there web site. I have called there 1-888 number and get recordings, and I don't know there e-mail address. Can anyone comment about this?

I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED FOR A CONSULT AND THE MEDICATION. BUT I MUST SAY I CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER NEXT TO MY CHARGE,I THINK IT WAS RASBERRY INC. I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE THERE ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND THAT I WOULD NOTIFY CITI. THEY TOLD ME TO LOG ON IN ONE HOUR AND CHECK MY HISTORY. I DID AND THEY GAVE ME A FREE CONSULT AND NO CHARGE FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF MED NEXT TIME IT WAS DUE. THEN THEY E MAILED ME A CODE TO TYPE IN,WHEN I ORDERED AGAIN. I WAS VERY SURPRISED AND PLEASED.
